So that you can make the right people decisions all of the time, all Plug In HR plans provide an email/telephone/video HR support line that gives you up-to-date, best practice advice on all of your people-related management matters. The service promises a 1 working day response time to all of your queries but I typically respond within a couple of hours, especially if you have an urgent need.
+ Full HR Audit
At the start of our relationship and every year thereafter I undertake a full audit of all of your existing employment contracts, HR policies & procedures & HR letter templates to ensure that all of your HR structures are up to date with the latest employment legislation and best practice recommendations.
+ The Plug-In HR Newsletter
The Plug-In HR Newsletter is another client only support tool that provides you with advice concerning contemporary events, legislation updates, ideas on how to inspire better performance from your people and guidance on how to build a happier, healthier and higher performing organisation. The newsletter is published several times a year and is available to all nominated employees within your organisation.

Inspiring People HR partners directly with Brighton's own WeThrive to give you and your leaders the tools and direction you need to build a happy, healthy, motivated and fully engaged workforce. WeThrive is an online employee engagement system that helps employers deal with the challenges of engagement, wellbeing, retention and productivity with actionable insights for both leaders and employees that will enhance their experience of work. As a part of your Plug-In HR Manager plan, I will help set up and then provide the support you need to get the maximum value out of this impressive system.

As people leaders we get a great variety of challenges thrown at us on a regular basis.
People Leadersip 101 is a two part online training session to give you and your people leaders the basic knowledge and tools that you need to create and maintain an engaged and productive team and deal with those inevitable performance challenges that you are going to face. This course is available to all Plug-In HR Manager clients and it will help you:
- Understand the difference between performance and conduct issues and what approaches you should take to managing them
- Know how to explore poor performance with an employee
- Understand the science behind employee motivation (clue: it's not all about money)
- Learn about the tools that you can employ to support a motivational management approach that helps you get the best out of your people
